I’m Not Sure Who These 16 Million People Are

The 16 million listed in this Fox News story that would get rebate checks.”The nonpartisan Kaiser Family Foundation has projected refunds would total about $1.3 billion and go to roughly 16 million people who buy their own policies or get them through an employer.”  I’m never quite convinced about the Kaiser Family Foundation’s ‘nonpartisan’ status – or how that translates to unbiased with respect to healthcare funding issues.

Again – not really sure how much of a rebate there is to be.  My family’s healthcare costs went up 40% this year and 20% last year.  This makes me wonder if the insurance companies aren’t forced to overcharge under Obamacare and automatically drive unusually large numbers of ‘rebate’ checks.  Is it a faux-bate?
